Hotel Lindenhof is situated directly in the centre of Prien. If you arrive by train the walk from the station takes about 8 minutes. You can reach the market square with its nices cafés, trendy boutiques and traditional shops in a 3-minute-walk. The harbour for the boats to the islands is a nice 20-minute-walk away or can be reached through the historic steam train. Not far away you will find numerous hiking, bicycle and mountain bike trails and the surrounding skiing areas in winter.
