Hotel Lindenhof on Lake Chiemsee
The historic estate of Lindenhof was first mentioned in the 15th century. It has been owned by our family since 1931. In all those years the hotel has been extended and renovated several times always looking after the traditional style of the house.
Location
The Non-Smoking Hotel Lindenhof is situated in the centre of Prien, close to the market square and only an 8-minute-walk from the train station. From there the historic steam train departs to the harbour. Or take a 20-minute- walk down to the lake to embark on a boat to the islands and the famous castle of Herrenchiemsee. The river Prien passes directly near to the hotel offering a relaxed atmosphere with a gentle splash. Opposite is the entrance to Eichental, a traffic-free nature park with playground, tennis courts and fitness trail.
Living and Relaxing
Our common-room is the Meeting Point of our guests and offers vending machines for coffee - tea including other drinks for self service . Relax in the garden with its roofed veranda or enjoy the sunny terrace.

there are some cafés to get breakfast nearby the Lindenhof.
